Estimating

Allows job "take-off" and pricing, by item, assemblies, take-off sheets or a combination of all. Provides "options" to apply to an estimate for substitutions or cut and adds. Inventory items may be transferred to the estimating item data base. Purchase orders may be prepared within estimating and transferred to the purchase order system for tracking. Estimates may be transferred to job cost allowing you to quickly establish budget figures, or to service work tickets. Quotation letter capability included.

Time and Material Billing

Allows cost detail stored in job cost to be billed at amounts or percentages defined for each job. Level of detail for each source of cost (labor, material, equipment, etc.) is defined by the user. Transfers accounting data to the general ledger and accounts receivable applications.

AIA Progress Billing

Enables you to establish your schedule of value items for each billing area on a job. You can bill each item based on a percentage, actual dollar amount, or units installed. Information for the AIA G702, 703, and summary page are provided. Also enables you to create your own progress billing invoice format for other progress billing jobs.
