Contains complete customer financial profile. Stores accounts receivable history and invoice line-item detail. Prints statements and ages receivables. Tracks sales, retainage, payments, adjustments and finance charges. Transfers accounting activity to the general ledger and job cost applications.

Payroll

Maintains complete employee records. Calculates gross pay, taxes, deductions and net pay. Allows for multi-state, multi-city, multi-union payrolls, 401K deductions and direct deposit. Prints payroll checks, quarterly and year-end reports, and W-2 forms/magnetic media. Transfers accounting activity to the general ledger, job cost, equipment/fleet control and service management applications.

Inventory Control

Maintains complete inventory records. Includes ability to issue inventory items and costs to jobs or equipment. Processes receipts, sales, transfers and adjustments. Supports average, standard, LIFO and FIFO costing methods. Has multiple location and serialized capability. Numerous pricing levels per item, with promotional pricing by item or customer capability . Reorder and turnover analysis reports available. Physical count routine enables rapid processing of inventory counts. Transfers accounting activity to the general ledger and job cost applications.
